We needed a new roof, so I contacted Jeremy Ross of JMR Engineering & Construction on the advice of a relative who was very happy with her roof that he replaced for her.

Upon calling to arrange for an estimate, Jeremy was very polite and arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. He was very patient with all the questions and decisions that needed to be made and spent a lot of time explaining everything.

Jeremy and his roofing crew arrived on-time and got to work immediately. They worked hard and did an excellent job; as did the crew who came later to replace our gutters and downspouts.

The things that impressed me most, besides what I’ve already mentioned, were the extra care to details. We have an old house and some of the underlying boards on our front porch needed to be replaced. The one crew member spent time cutting those boards to match the thin splats that were there, since you can’t buy that type of sheeting material anymore. He did a wonderful job. The guys who replaced the gutters added two downspouts that are hinged, so they can be lifted up to mow under – something we didn’t even request!

Also, Jeremy was on-site through-out the whole procedure and came back later to double-check that everything was sufficiently caulked and the roof was laying down properly.
